If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your trumpet purchase please contact Ralph within 10 days of your receipt of the trumpet. You may contact us me by email, or by phone during our normal working hours (10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time). I will discuss your trumpet purchase with you and normally agree to refund your money after the trumpet has been returned. You must ship the trumpet, case, and mouthpiece back to me within 10 days. The trumpet, mouthpiece, and case must be received by me in the same condition that I shipped them to you. Once I receive the trumpet, case, and mouthpiece and verify that there are no signs of wear, dents, or scratches incurred during your possession of the instrument, I will issue you a full refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable), or credit your purchase price toward a different trumpet. Shipping costs to return the trumpet to me for refund are the responsibility of the Customer.
Limited Warranty: After the 10-day trial period, I will repair the trumpet and replace defective parts, when defects occur within 45 days from the date of purchase. The following parts are covered: Valve stems, valve caps, valve pistons, valve springs, valve guides, slides, water keys, and water key corks. Trumpet lacquer and/or defects in finish are not covered by this warranty. Trumpet cases are not covered by this warranty. Repairs not made by me are not covered by this warranty. Shipping costs to return the trumpet for repair are the responsibility of the trumpet owner.
